In this role, you will:
- Acquire and grow business under the guidance and leadership of Sr. Corporate Banking Manager in order to achieve the overall business goals and objectives of the particular division- Manage and grow a large corporate portfolio to maximize revenue, customer value and improve the portfolio credit quality
- Engage with all management levels of the customer to spot potential business opportunities and sense problems
- Provide one-stop financial services, maximise service efficiency and provide customized services on standardized products
- Coordinate with customers and operations departments to ensure the best quality service
- Engage with Risk to improve the quality of credit remarks and improve credit turnaround time
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
- Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators

Additional Job Requirements
- To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:- Minimum five years of experience in banking operations particularly in credit
- Sound knowledge of trade services, treasury, and investment banking products, local regulations and exposure to corporate banking industry is crucial
- High degree of business development and managerial skills through natural personable traits, excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate credit is essential through exposure in a corporate lending environment and Attendance to Applied Commercial Lending (ACL)
