    In this role, you will:

       > > Direct and coordinate marketing campaigns by planning, controlling and implementing of all marketing campaigns of CMB
       > > Maintain and monitor marketing budget by forecasting costs/benefits and by preparing business cases and budgets for various marketing campaigns
       > > Contribute to the development of CMB�s global image in Bangladesh by promoting activities through advertisements and outdoor signages and by sourcing lucrative outdoor sites
       > > Incorporate new ideas and different ways of advertising and using different distribution channels for advertisement and independently deals with the vendors and negotiate the prices
       > > Maintain excellent rapport with key advertising managers to manage the best prices in terms of media buying and books the best spaces available in the media for the placement of CMB�s advert

Educational Requirements:


    Bachelor Degree in Business from a reputed university

Experience Requirements


    At least 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements


    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
    At least three years of progressive, full-time professional experience
    Hands on experience of event management
    Strong communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and interpersonal skills
    Willingness to travel a lot around the country
    Computer literacy (Excel, Power Point, Ms Word)

    Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators

Additional Job Requirements


    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
    Minimum five years of experience in banking operations particularly in credit
    Sound knowledge of trade services, treasury, and investment banking products, local regulations and exposure to corporate banking industry is crucial
    High degree of business development and managerial skills through natural personable traits, excellent teamwork and communication skills
    Comprehensive knowledge of corporate credit is essential through exposure in a corporate lending environment and Attendance to Applied Commercial Lending (ACL)
