Job Description / Responsibility
MTB Contact Centre (MTBCC) is one stop solution for MTB customers.
MTBCC agent will answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Agent will resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions
Educational Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree with no 3rd class.Additional Job Requirements
Age 24 to 30 year(s)
Very good spoken and written command in English.
MTBCC agent will work on 24x7 basis covered by multiple shifts. Number of shifts and time of shift shall be defined by MTBCC management.
The agent will be hired under MTB Group HR contractual policy.
Agents training and development program will be provided by the MTBCC.
